About Us

Through our proprietary real estate network and our affiliation with The Arbor Family of Companies, we provide investors with exclusive institutional commercial real estate opportunities.

Message from
the Co-Founders

We founded this platform to give individuals who previously did not have access to commercial real estate opportunities the ability to invest in institutional-quality investments.

Following the passage of the Jumpstart Our Business Startup Act of 2012, we realized the industry was moving in this direction and we plan to stay ahead of the curve to benefit this new class of investors.

With our more than 30 years of real estate experience and having built countless industry relationships along the way, ArborCrowd is uniquely positioned in the real estate crowdfunding space.

As the newest member of The Arbor Family of Companies, ArborCrowd has access to exclusive deals from our proprietary network. We analyze over 500 deals annually and only select the ones we believe have strong upside potential. In addition to connecting investors with deals, we asset manage the transactions on behalf of our investors.

We’ve survived and thrived through various market cycles. Leveraging the combination of our industry experience with opportunities enabled by new technology, we are very excited about ArborCrowd’s future.
